Therapeutic Communities (TC)
Therapeutic Communities method is like the Person’s who are affected with Personality Disorders have to live together for several months and engaging themselves to share their feelings among themselves. They are all volunteer and keep on monitoring by the staff. However some research is still going on in this therapy to make it more effective.
There is no direct medication for diagnosing PD’s till now. however NICE recommends that medication can be used to treat some Associated problems of Personality disorders like anxiety, depression and BPD psychotic symptoms.
This treatment involves Personality development and its structures. This therapy provokes the person to recognize their feelings.
